| Using this curvy piece of plastic and foam, I have finally found a method that truly eases my neck and shoulder pain. This in turn has reduced the frequency of my migraines. I've had deep tissue massage, Thai massage, physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, inflatable cervical collars, and therapeutic canes. Temporary relief at best and risky aggravation at worst. With this contoured simplicity I just lie there and it takes all the weight off your neck and shoulders to allow the release of the tension in your jaw, neck and shoulders. If you have a kind partner, you can be gently massaged, which enhances the effect. Just do it once or twice a day especially after work and within a week I have gained full range of motion, no more pain, and the crack in my neck when I did neck stretches is gone. Simple, effective and lots of money saved from ineffective treatment modalities. I don't know if the brand-name version is more sturdy or not but it is twice the price. The human head is between 14 and 20 lbs. and mine is definitely 20 lbs and it supports me just fine. If you have a serious condition like cervical fusion or a ruptured disc it makes common sense to talk to your orthopedist prior to purchasing this unit. |

| I have chronic neck muscle pain. I have to take an average of two 10/325 mg Percocets per day for neck pain. (Very strong prescription pain medication) With this device, I lay down on the floor and gently rock my head from side to side to provide a little massaging action. It really fits my head well. I wear a large hat size, but I think this would fit the majority of people. You can slide it up or down for a different type of fit. This has not changed my intake of pain relievers yet, but I mainly use it to get quicker relief after taking a pain pill. Pain pills take about 35 to 40 minutes to begin providing pain relief. This helps in the interim. Everybody's neck pain is different, but I can say that I am personally very pleased with this device. |

| purchased this neck support, and was falling asleep after 30 seconds of using it!!!! I take this with me every where I go. This product is no joke...it really works!!! |

| I saw this listed in several catalogs for almost twice the cost of Amazon. Bought it as a gift and the recipient loves it. Uses it regularly and swears that it helps stiff neck and tension tightness in the shoulders. Highly recommended. |

| Was a little skeptical. Had an ACDF 2 level in 2006 and now have nerve damage in my left shoulder/neck area. When I get really tense and in spasm this little device really helps relax my neck muscles. For the price it is worth trying. |

| If you have been dealing with neck pain as long as I have, you have tried many things and spent a lot of money for relief! I was surprised at how well this thing works. It's not permanent relief, but consistent use does bring some temporary relief from headaches and will slowly help bring back the neck curve. This is the SAME product listed elsewhere on Amazon that gets great reviews, for cheaper, it's just not listed by name. |

Great product, easy(lightweight) to travel with.
I wish it came with a cover to protect the foam. It can get dirty fast and, there is no way to clean it. I just use a fresh dry washcloth every time to cover/protect the foam from natural oils on your hair/neck...hoping it will help make it last. |

| I get horrible neck cramps from either sitting in front of my laptop all day or sleep on wrong pillow. My neck muscles when tight give me horrible headaches so I needed something to help extend my neck and allow muscles to stop spasms. This works really well. I lie down on a hard surface and cradle my head into this contraption, and within 10 minutes I feel like I got a massage. It is crazy how just a supported neck alignment product can make such a big difference in a short amount of time, but this actually does. If you've had recent neck surgery of a major cervical disc problem then I would suggest you talk to your doctor first. |

| Not sure how much benefit I am getting from using it, but it feels really good while I'm on it. I get chiro adjustments every once in a while, which really help my neck issues, but this is great for in between visits. The benefit comes from letting yourself go and allowing the weight of your neck to work with the gadget so you need to use it for at least 10-15 minutes. There is a little roughness from the neck stem since the edges are not completely smooth so watch out for that. |

| After reading glowing reviews, ordered this product. I've tried the product for several days and have found no relief whatsoever. While the order was received promptly, in my opinion, it is a waste of money. |
