This supplement has been rated as one of the best that you can take. I have noticed a positive change in less than a week. I recommend that you take 600mg a day with food, but most important stay with it. You will lose weight and your energy level will increase two fold or more. The endocrinologist has me on this along with umpteen other supplements. This is a great product. The price is very reasonable. Source Naturals was on the recommended list. Conclusions, resulting from much research, caused me to consider this product to be about the best source of omega-3 from plants. Along with the appropriate fish oils, I feel this completes my needs. The pills are a bit big, but easy enough to take.

After searching for the best buy on these ALA tablets, Amazon became the icing on the cake. I got the product I was looking for at the best deal possible.

There is no questions about the effect of alpha lipoic acid. I felt the difference right away. People around me began to realize the effect soon as a week later, because I got slimmer.
All left is the question of cost and this is the best deal around. I looked around for the best deal and self tested the great results. I highly recommend it.
