These diapers work great. No more changing onesies first thing in the morning. Only thing is if the jellies start to come out there is a big mess on your hands but this rarely happens. I've been using these on my twins since they turned 5 months. They also work great if you are going on long trips.
Works Great! No Leaks!

My 15 month old son weighs 25 pounds or so and was waking up wet every night with regular diapers. He sleeps about 10-12 hours a night.
I tried Huggies Overnites first, but discovered that they weren't absorbent enough. I tried sizes 4 and 5 with no luck. He was still wet every morning. Wetness would just soak right through the diaper material.
I tried Pampers Extra Protection next and they worked great! No leaks, no problems. They are also much softer and thinner than the Huggies, too. They seem to be much more comfortable. The tabs stay in place better, too.

My 13 month old son kept waking up wet, so I figured to give these a try. Anything would be worth not having to change his entire crib every morning! These are the most absorbant diapers we have ever tried (and I am a mom of 3). Def worth the money. These are also great to use when you are going out ... they lock the moisture away and keep the baby dry.
LOVE THESE!

I wish that I knew about these earlier. I highly recommend these. I have a 15 month old boy and I was always finding that he would wake up wet from his regular diaper at night time. I have not had a problem since I have started using these at night.

I've been using these diapers for about six months for my now 16 month old son. We cloth diaper during the day but I needed a super absorbent disposable for my heavy-wetter and these have been great! I have not had any leaks and they fit my son's slim frame well. The diapers have a lot of absorbency in the front which is perfect for boys and/or stomach sleepers. My son still wakes up at night but I no longer have to change soggy, leaky diapers in the middle of the night which makes it so much easier to get him back to sleep. I will continue to use these and plan on using them for my next boy on the way.
Worth the Extra Money

I've tried these and the other brand of overnight diapers, and while I was initially impressed with the other, cheaper brand, these have won me over. While both brands work well, the Pampers Extra Protection contains odors much better. With the other brand, I noticed the (quite understandable) urine smell right as I walked in the door to the nursery. The Pampers, however, control the odor, making them more pleasant for my baby and me. These are also super thin, which must be more comfortable to sleep in. Even though these are a little pricier, they're worth the money. Highly recommended!
Excellent diapers!

My 18-month-old has been wearing Pampers Extra Protection every night for a couple of months, and we haven't had any leaks. I would consider him a heavy wetter -- his diapers are very heavy and saggy every morning, but they have not leaked. He wears Luvs or Pampers Baby Dry during the day when he's changed frequently, but we've had leaks with those diapers overnight. Never with the Extra Protection, though. To me, the extra cost is worth not having to deal with soaking wet pajamas and sheets in the morning!
Work better than Regular Cruisers, but still leak occasionally

My son has thankfully slept through the night for several months now, and the last thing in the entire world I want to do is wake him up for a diaper change (right moms?). I was using the same diapers in one size larger than during the day for the night, but we sometimes got poop leaks because the diapers were too big. So I decided to try these in hopes of less dirty clothes and unpleasant morning leaks. When I received them I worried there was no way that such thin diapers could handle all the night-time presents my son likes to give us in the morning. Overall, they do work pretty well. In fact, we haven't had a poop leak since we started using these. We have had two front side leaks but used to have much more than that- so they are better than our initial one size up solution. I was hoping for more, but I am pretty satisfied.

I'm not sure if these diapers "really" are that different from the regular pampers however I have not had one leak thus far. I use these on my little one every night.
Work fine, smell awful!

We usually use Huggies but couldn't find them at our favorite store so bought these instead. They work fine for the most part (some leaks here and there), but for me, the overwhelming baby powder smell is unbearable. Bleck!

The description states these fit babies 16-34 pounds. I received my order today and they actually fit 22-37 pounds. Beware!

We have always liked Pampers over Huggies, but these diapers do not work. We tried size 3 and 4 with the same wet results. The Huggies have worked great.

LEAKY!

I was always a Pampers customer. As a mom of 4 boys I know a thing or 2 about diapers. I always used Pampers on my boys and had no problems. Well, these are terrible! My 17 month old 22 pound baby leaks right out the top or side EVERY night. I have better luck with Pampers dry max or baby dry. Get this, I even bought a generic diaper and used that and NO LEAKS. I get so sick of my little boy waking up soaked and cold in the middle of the night. I will not buy these diapers again. The only positive is the fresh powdery smell and cute designs other than that they're worthless. I prefer Huggies Little Movers and Huggies overnight over these diapers any day.
Nightmare

I'd been a loyal Pampers consumer since my daughter was in size newborn Swaddlers and the prospect of their Dry Max technology enticed me when it was introduced. My daughter was at the age where overnight diapers had become a necessity and I loved the notion that the Baby Dry line had been improved upon.
I learned, or rather she learned, very quickly that Dry Max was unfortunately not an improvement. She was wearing a size 3 at the time and began to wake up every morning soaked from mid-chest to knees. I assumed that she needed a size 4 for overnight and while the leaks didn't occur as regularly, there were still 2-4 mornings a week when she'd wake up soaked to the bone. I had purchased a small package and decided that once I had used the last one I was going to switch brands; I should have done so sooner.
The first thing that I noticed one morning was that the left seam of her Extra Protection diaper had come undone. There were small gel beads all over her bedding and her, and when I removed her pajama bottoms and diaper I was in shock. Her stomach, bottom and thighs were covered in red welts with some areas more inflamed than others and others that had the appearance of a typical but severe diaper rash. I had never seen anything like it; she screamed when I wiped, screamed when she sat, screamed when she moved. Motrin had no effect so I made an appointment with her pediatrician for that afternoon and he too was shocked. As it turned out it wasn't welts nor was it a rash - she had suffered caustic burns from the Dry Max beads.
I was livid and called Pampers immediately. They in turn asked for a release of her medical records for that appointment and I gave her pediatrician the okay to do so. I received a letter and 52 coupons for free diapers, their obvious attempt to bring me back as a consumer. I haven't purchased a single Pampers product since.
Please use this with caution. My daughter isn't the only one who this happened to and that in and of itself is a very unsettling fact. |
A Leaky Mess

We regularly use the Huggies Overnights and they work great. I just thought I'd try these out instead. Each time my son wakes up wearing this diaper in the morning he has completely soaked through. I would not recommend these diapers. We are now using them during the day as a regular diaper and they are fine for that. They do feel as though they are cheaply made, I tore one the other day trying to adjust the tab on the diaper.
