As a schoolteacher working with young children who constantly have colds and viruses, I have found Health Guard to be a lifesaver. For years, I often would `catch' whatever illness was going around in my classroom. It seemed like I was always getting over a cold or the flu. Since taking Health Guard for over a year now, I have not been absent from work once due to an illness. I started using Health Guard to deal with my dry itching skin problem probably brought on by a Vata imbalance. Health Guard worked wonders on my skin issues, but in addition I discovered the dietary supplement has boosted my immune system and I no longer need to call for a substitute teacher.
